How to change your Tool Bar Color:
1. Right click anywhere on your screen and a box will
come up like this:
2. Click on "PROPERTIES"
3. Next you will get something
like this:
On this screen click the "APPERANCE" tab at the top:
4. When you click on that this will
come up:
On this go to "SHEME" and click on any type of disply that you want then click "APPLY" at the bottom to apply the color to your screen. Then click ok if that color is what you want!

How to change you Icon's background color:
1. Do all the steps in "How to change your Tool Bar Color" (at the begining of the page. Then when you arrive at #4 scroll back down here!
2. While you are on the "Display Properties" box you will see to the side a box labled "COLOR"like this:
Scroll down tot he color you would like the Icon's background to be and click on it. Click "OTHER" at the bottom to get more colors if any displayed don't match or are not the colors you want.
3. When you have chosen click "APPLY" to see if it looks good then "OK" if you want it to be that color. The end product will look like this if you chose the color I picked:
